Cannot build JMC

But I cannot run the built JMC with JDK8 - is that expected?
I see a popup window with a number of JVM options that include JDK 9+
JPMS directives such as --add-exports etc.

If I run the built JMC with JDK 12.0.1 (but I guess any JDK 9+) it
will run fine.
