Cannot build JMC

Yes, but if it's an *optional* plugin it shouldn't build by default
unless someone specifically ask for it.

We should probably consider rewriting JOverflow with pure Eclipse API,
especially if we want to build it by default, JavaFX isn't being
packaged in many Linux distributions.
