RFC: JMC-6505: Cannot run JMC on JDK 8 by default

Hi!

A couple of weeks ago there was mention of issues with JMC running on 
top of JDK 8 due to the modules related options in the jmc.ini file, so 
I went ahead and created a bug id and a fix:

The fix simply adds IgnoreUnrecognizedVMOptions so that the VM doesn't 
stop. This also helps when running JMC on top of OpenJDK 8 that do not 
have the JFR patches backported.

I'm not sure if there's a way to unit-test this patch?
