JMC-6466: Visualizing dictionary size events

Hi all,

I'm looking into supporting some new events that have just been implemented
for dictionary sizes. [0][1]
I'm looking for some insight into what ways to visualize them in a way that
would be beneficial to the user as well as any ideas for rules that would
be helpful as wel;.
If there are a number of ideas I'll open up some new enhancement tickets to
keep this from this ticket getting to large.
