Java Mission Control Author request for: Elliott Baron

Hello Marcus,

I would like to propose Elliott Baron <ebaron at redhat.com> as author
for JDK Mission Control project.

Elliott has been active on the JMC project with already some
fixes[1][2][3] and is working now on porting the HDR Histogram
work[4]:
