Associating your GitHub account with your OpenJDK username

Hi all,

As discussed previously[0], JMC 8 will be developed on GitHub (see
project Skara[1]). To ensure a smooth transition, it would be good if
JMC developers could start associating their GitHub account with their
OpenJDK username, as described on the Skara wiki[2]. Let me know if
you have any questions!
