Review request for JMC-6584: Include the Flame View by default

Hi all,

Please review this patch to add the flame view to be available by
default. Note that even after this patch, you will still need to go to
Window->Show View->Other... and then select the Mission Control/Flame
View, and then click Open, to add the view to the perspective. We can
discuss adding it to the JMC perspective later.
