Last 7.1.1 change is in - please test!

Hi all,

The last change in preparation of the JMC 7.1.1 release is now in the jmc7 repo:
https://hg.openjdk.java.net/jmc/jmc7/rev/e67446b5fc9d

Downstream vendors should verify that whatever release criteria you
have is now met. We're aiming to be ready so that you can release by
the end of next week.
