I hereby nominate Patrick Reinhart to jmc Committer.

Aside from contributing to the JMC project
(https://github.com/openjdk/jmc/pulls?q=is%3Aclosed+is%3Apr+author%3Areinhapa+),
Patrick has also done valuable contributions to the AdoptOpenJDK
Mission Control project as well as the Adoptium Eclipse Mission
Control project.
