OpenJDK JMC Committers Workshop?

Hi all,

As has been discussed in the latest jmc dev meeting, I've been thinking of
maybe having a meetup for OpenJDK JMC developers and JDK serviceability
folks. This could be arranged as an unconference, and I think we’d have
enough to talk about for it to easily last two, maybe even three days. The
initial idea was to do it mid November.

Since we’re spread all over the place, I think it would be fair to
alternate where we meet. My initial thought was Stockholm for the first
meetup, but perhaps that is a bit dark and cold in November. Also, these
are uncertain times, and we don’t know what is going to happen with Covid
rates this autumn. If the last two years is any indication, we might be
seeing additional travel constraints.

So, what do you think? Should we have an annual OpenJDK JMC &
Serviceability meetup? Is an unconference the right format? If so, when?
And where would you like to meet for the first one?
