RFR: 7455: Add support for jolokia JMX service connection [v25]

Martin Skarsaune has updated the pull request incrementally with three additional commits since the last revision:

 - JMC-7455: Secure credentials. Make it possible to test outside of maven
 - JMC-7455: Verifications and more authorization tests
 -  JMC-7455: Test retrieving an attribute over discovered connections, simplify jolokia matching pattern
