I think that covers all the license headers. It also looks like some files were copied cover that are duplicated and might not necessarily fit in here, that patch removes the duplcated classes too. They'd be the one's under `jmc/common/action`, `jmc/common/resource`, `jmc/common/tree`, and `jmc/common/util`.
