CFV: New jmc Committer: Brice Dutheil

I hereby nominate Brice Dutheil to jmc Committer.

Brice has been contributing to wide range of JMC issues over the past years, the largest contribution being providing an alternative (Java based) flame graph implementation, solving a long-standing issue where the old flame graph view (java script in the SWT browser component) would not work on Windows.
