9.1.0 release candidate now available for testing

Hi all,

The 9.1.0-rc (release candidate) tag has now been set, and JMC 9.1.0 (in the jmc9 branch) is now ready for final testing. The main repo will from now on be used for the development of JMC 10 and has been suitably updated to reflect this. Unless something critical comes up, the 9.1.0-ga source release will be tagged by January 29th. Please let me know if you find any problems!
