RFR: 8481: Update lz4-java to 1.10.2 [v6]

Alex Macdonald has updated the pull request with a new target base due to a merge or a rebase. The pull request now contains three commits:

 - fix version in platform definitions
 - update to 1.10.2
 - 8481: Update lz4-java to 1.10.1
