Runner API request: custom OutputFormat

Hi,

Thanks for the Options and Results API polishing, jmh is getting more and
more usable.

The last annoyance for me is that one cannot provide its own implementation
of OutputFormat. It would be as easy as adding a public constructor to
Runner that takes the OutputFormat as an argument.
