Dang it. I just tried MS Office 2003 on Windows, it it works flawlessly.
Do you have the same problems with the golden CSV file [1]? If not, are
there trivial massagings (e.g. dos2unix/unix2dos, "Import as..." +
different set of delimiters) to the file help?
