Include license header in source files

I don't get it, the license headers are there:

http://hg.openjdk.java.net/code-tools/jmh/file/0879b862a1a3/jmh-core/src/main/java/org/openjdk/jmh/profile/WinPerfAsmProfiler.java
Also, these are the same headers other classes have, and those files are
not listed as "unknown", e.g.:
http://hg.openjdk.java.net/code-tools/jmh/file/0879b862a1a3/jmh-core/src/main/java/org/openjdk/jmh/annotations/BenchmarkMode.java
Therefore, I'm puzzled what exactly should be fixed. Maybe the Maven
plugin that updates the copyright headers barfed and crippled the
headers in your local copy?
