Small improvement: print benchmark name after "# Fork: ..."

Hi,

I had an idea for a tiny improvement of JMH output. But the contribution
"on-boarding" is too complex for just a tiny change like this.
So I share the idea here. Maybe someone will find it useful and would
create a pull request.

JMH could print a benchmark name after the fork number, like this:

# Fork: 3 of 10 for MyBenchmark.testBenchmark

This would allow to see where the run is at with a quick glance at the
output in the console.
