Github Issues tab unavailable

Hi all,
The JMH project's readme suggests:

> If you don't have the access to JDK Bug System, submit the bug report at "Issues" here, and wait for maintainers to pick that up.

Looks like the Issues tab was hidden for the JMH repository. Should we
suggest reporting issues to jmh-dev instead?
