Switched the project of jmh-jdk-microbenchmarks to jdk

Hi everyone,

Based on internal discussions we have switched the "project" of 
jmh-jdk-microbenchmarks to "jdk" to allow jdk reviewers for the JMH 
micros, rather than code-tools reviewers, of which there are far fewer, 
and the jmh-jdk-microbenchmarks doesn't have any real relationship to 
anything else in code-tools.
