JOL Hotspot SA Support and Compressed References Implementation

Sorry for distrubing you on your holiday.

I have just reformated the code as 4-space instead of tabs and added the 
second version of the updated patch to this mail.

There are too many feature can be added to JOL after Hotspot SA support 
since Hotspot SA has many hidden gems :)
