Broken link in the JPMS Proposed Final Draft

Hi,

I noticed a broken link in the JPMS Proposed Final Draft as retrievable
from [1].

In jar.html, on line

   "attributes defined for package versioning  and sealing information: The"

the link labeled with "versioning" points to "../versioning/index.html"
which isn't part of the ZIP. What is that resource that should actually be
linked here?
