In the absence of further discussion, I am going to assume that the
expert group is in agreement that working mutable Configurations are
part of the acceptance criteria for this JSR. If you disagree please
speak up ASAP - even if your objection is presently nonspecific - I am
taking silence to mean assent of the entire group!
