A compromise approach on module isolation

Hi Rémi, thanks for the feedback.
At the moment you can fix this by editing the launcher scripts and
adding "-Djdk.module.isolated=true" to the end of the
"JLINK_VM_OPTIONS=" line (and similarly for Windows).
I think the tool can do this automatically with only minimal changes.
I'll have a look at it.
