Updated working-draft JPMS specification

I've updated the draft specification, here:

    http://cr.openjdk.java.net/~mr/jigsaw/spec/

It now includes changes to the `ModuleFinder` interface for the
`Automatic-Module-Name` attribute [1], and updates to the JLS that
are intended to address #CompilationWithConcealedPackages [2].
