Java Platform Module System (JSR 376) Final Release

The JCP EC approved the Final Release Specification on 29 August, and
the PMO posted the materials for download yesterday:

With that, our work here is finished and this EG is now disbanded.

Our three mailing lists will remain online for archival purposes, but
they will not accept further messages.
