FOR REVIEW: CODETOOLS-7900280 Appearence Preferences

    On the page "Appearance Preferences" in online help there is the
    section "Tool tip options". In the list of available options there
    is the option "Persistence". But actually this option is called
    "Duration" in javatest. This option should be renamed in online help



The only important part is the text change in the middle, the rest are 
header and footer updates.
