jtreg fails if the test requires a security manager!

Unfortunately using /secure doesn't work:

ACTION: build -- Not run. Test running...
REASON: Named class compiled on demand

TEST RESULT: Error. Can't find source file: 
/secure=java/lang/SecurityManager.java in directory-list:
