Jtreg setup under Windows 7/8

I finally got a chance to get to the bottom of the problems you were having.
There is a bug in the script that you triggered with the settings you
were using:
export JAVA_HOME=/cygdrive/c/Java/jdk1.7.0_21
export JT_HOME=/cygdrive/c/OpenJDK/jtreg
export
PRODUCT_HOME=/cygdrive/c/OpenJDK/jdk8_tl/build/windows-x86_64-normal-server-release/images/j2sdk-image
export PATH=${JAVA_HOME}/bin:${JT_HOME}/win32/bin:${PATH}
The trigger was the second line, setting JT_HOME. Normally, you do not
need to set that, and the script will infer the value based on the
location of the script. In that case, it will use "cygpath" to normalize
the file path.
But the normalization does not happen if you explicitly set the value of
JT_HOME, and therein lies the bug.
