Status of jtreg build

yes, you need genuine 4.2 b01.
But no one is currently providing such binaries on the Net.
Some people have succeeded in building their own, but it's not easy.

As jjg said, hopefully
will soon get fixed so that it is the one-stop shopping for jtreg binaries.
