Closing REPL bugs

Hi,

I have some suggestions about closing bugs in JBS.
We do not have the robot which resolves bugs for us as it is done for 
other repositories. So, bugs do not have information about they have 
been fixed.
What do you think about adding a comment with the link to the 
appropriate commit?
Example: https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8080767

We will save history: how a bug has been fixed.
