Where is the JShell API?

I've had that question asked individually of me by two people in the last
two days, so I'll answer it here.

All of JShell, including API and tool, are in the standard early access
builds of JDK 9. All built and ready to use. JDK not JRE.

If the release team is building new JDK APIs, I'm not seeing them yet. But
code reviews often include the corresponding docs. So here are the docs
from a review request from yesterday:

JShell is not available for JDK 8.
