Hi Robert, hi all,
trying to run jshell using the javax.tool.Tool interface now fails while it was working previously

It fails with the jdk 11.0.2 and recent jdk 13 so it a code that was backported to jdk 11.0.2. 

Also, i'm not the only one to see this error:
