[11u] 8256128: Evaluation request to upgrade to JDK11 JLine 3.14.0

Hello.

Could you evaluate upgrading JDK11 JLine to 3.14.0 ?

I found regression issue JDK-8256128 [1] on 11.0.9.
Since JLine is too large, I cannot evaluate it by myself for jdk11u fix 
request.

I really appreciate any suggestion from jshell team.
