Thanks @MBaesken. I believe I've resolved Jaikiran's comments (maybe except the fact that the test is circular and calls itself - that is fairly widespread in the langtools tests). Jaikiran - please let me know if something is missing. It would be good to push this sometime soon, so that it gets some testing in the mainline, and can be backported into JDK 23 before RDP2. Thanks!
