Lets not confuse jdk7 with Java SE 7.  The current status is that jdk7
will be a prototype of features to be proposed for inclusion in SE 7,
and jdk7 is scheduled to be feature-complete in two months.  jkd7 will
be a starting point for Java SE 7.  Unless the processes change, Java
SE 7 needs to go through the Java Community Process, which includes
JSRs.  In theory Java SE 7 could have no resemblance to jdk7, but my
understanding is that it is Snoracle's intent that the prototype be
complete and as close to rubber-stamp-ready as possible.
