CFV: New Lambda committer: Keith McGuigan

I hereby nominate Keith McGuigan to Lambda Committer.

Keith has been working on the HotSpot VM for seven years, and has 
committed over 60 changesets to HotSpot in JDK7 and JDK8, as well as 
over 70 recorded reviews.

Keith will be working on the implementation of Defender Methods in the 
HotSpot VM.

Votes are due by December 22, 2011.

Only current Lambda Committers [1] are eligible to vote on
this nomination.
