Updated State of the Lambda

The specification is coming along great - good work. I particularly like
default methods with bodies.

A couple of syntax questions.

1. How come :: instead of the Javadoc #?
2. Are default and default none worth it? Why not drop default and just
give a body and use a ; to mean default none (i.e. like abstract methods)?

My points are pretty minor and I think this reflects how the specification
has matured (and my understanding of your aims).
