We are not yet in a stage in which we have a regular published binary
build - but we do plan to make new binary snapshots available whenever
we feel the underlying lambda repository contains significant
improvements over the old version of the binaries. As in all things,
it's matter of optimizing the cost vs. benefit ratio - i.e. the cost of
setting up a new automated build infrastructure vs. the benefit of
having more developers playing with the lambda bits.

We feel like the current build setup is a good compromise: it is good to
have binary bits in case one doesn't want to go through the process of
building the lambda sources from scratch - on the other hand, the
mercurial lambda repository is still there, for people who wants to live
on the bleeding edge and have all the latest fixes.
