As you might have already noticed, I merged in jsr166e versions of a
bunch of things to j.u.c repository in the course of putting
out preliminary ConcurrentHashMap bulk parallel stuff.

So it should be easier to pick these up (no repackaging) into lambda.
I'll try to keep all of our packagings in sync.
