CFV: New Lambda committer: Stuart Marks

I hereby nominate Stuart Marks to Lambda Committer.

Stuart works in the Core Libraries team at Oracle, and has already 
contributed several change sets to the Lambda repository.  Stuart will 
be contributing to the Lambdafication of existing library APIs.  Stuart 
was previously involved in the API Coinification effort during the 
development of Java SE 7.

Votes are due by January 19, 2012.

Only current Lambda Committers [1] are eligible to vote on
this nomination.
