it2-bootstrap branch?

The it2-bootstrap branch is being used for initial development of the second iteration of the API. It will be integrated into the default branch once it has functional parity with the current API.

The it2-bootstrap API is complete enough for study and is the closer to the likely final lambda API than the iteration 1 API on the default branch.
