FJP update

Hi guys,

There is another spin on FJP improvements from Doug Lea. Here is the
patch against current lambda/lambda:

Tested lambda/lambda to build, and Stream.parallel() performance tests
to work and not degrade on my laptop. Please consider pushing this ASAP;
we would need to get this into the nightlies and test it on larger
machines :)
