Hi Brian,

Just to be clear, there's a separate javadoc.jar to the binary drop or is
it the case that we should build binaries from source that include the
latest Javadoc.  Apologies for not researching this earlier, I've been out
of the loop with Lambdas related dev in the last couple of months.
