Eclipse Support

Hi,

I thought it was worth pointing out for early adopters that there were
early eclipse builds available with Java 8 support.  It might also be worth
adding a link to the IDE section of the project lambda wiki?

I have found them to be relatively unstable, but that's also the case for
the netbeans builds and anyone trialling these things should be aware of
that anyhow.
