should be any 2.x version, you can download 2.2.1 from here: 
http://groovy.codehaus.org/Download or directly from 
http://dist.groovy.codehaus.org/distributions/groovy-binary-2.2.1.zip

as for enabling indy support, please read 
http://groovy.codehaus.org/InvokeDynamic+support
