Windows build of Leyden EA

I just watched the presentation at JVMLS on the status of project Leyden on
YouTube:

In the talk, they pointed at the EA that came out last June. Currently,
only Linux and Mac builds are available.

When will the next EA come available, and will this also contain a Windows
build?
