Thanks for the ping. David Simms added that support in the Valhalla repo https://github.com/openjdk/valhalla/pull/1312, so I didn't end adding it to mainline.

I will try to add support for non-numeric values this week, otherwise you will need to up update the `@since` info every 6 months.
