[lilliput-jdk17u:lilliput] RFR: 8310670: [Lilliput/JDK17] Add more tests to Lilliput ProblemList

Running tier{1,2,3} shows more tests that do not work with +UCOH due to warnings. This adds the relevant entries to Lilliput ProblemList.
